Black Box Network Services has an opportunity for a Project Manager. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating and controlling project elements related to voice, data and cloud network services ordered.
Maintain ongoing communication with customers, BBNS staff and carrier partners throughout projects
Process of carrier service orders and coordinate technical resource scheduling to ensure timely project completion
Communicate requirements to technical resources, customers and carrier partners which they are responsible to complete
Establish strong working relationships across internal BBNS organizations to jointly address project requirements
Audit completed projects, analyze customer’s initial invoices, act as ongoing customer contact for MAC’s, repair escalations, etc.
Experience in Telephony migration with SIP trunks, MPLS, Hosted Contact Center, etc.
Experience working with multiple carriers – Century Link experience is a plus
Experience managing site migrations from a legacy voice environment to a Unified Communications telephony environment with advanced voice technologies and concepts, including unified communications, call center environments, messaging platforms , paging systems and cloud environments
Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively and efficiently express point-of-views and direction to both technical and management level resources with a strong ability to lead, manage and coordinate complex teams
