Provides first level non-technical support to customers through basic case management and order taking. Responds to customers via phone, chat, email and other communication tools. Upsells and cross-sells products in support of the sales team.
Receives and responds to customer inquiries for assistance with product orders, returns, issues or requests
Processes orders through multiple platforms/tools, including phone, email, fax, website, vendor and customer portals
Processes quotes and follows up with customers as needed
