Overview

This role may be located in a strategic office within North American Commercial Services (NACS) reports directly to the business line Director PMO.  The PMO Manager will be responsible for the reporting and metrics for their direct business line portfolio.  They will lead the day to day activities of their project team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide input into overall budget for direct business line portfolio
  • Lead overall pipeline and backlog forecasting for functional team and report on performance
  • Development of talent, performance assessments and succession planning for business line
  • Maintain KPI's & SLA's for team members are met and report performance
  • Provide input and first line management of personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination
  • Contributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function
  • CSAT accountability for portfolio
  • Act as escalation point for client engagements

Qualifications:

Required Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Area of Study / Degree: Project Management is desired but not required
Certifications: PMP desired but not required
Minimum Total Work Experience: 8 - 10 years minimum work experience
Minimum Specialized Work Experience: 5+ years’ experience managing large  project teams
