This role is based in UK Reading, NO USA Reading.

Responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of sales operational  processes and deliverables


Primary Roles/Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support on Request for Proposals (RFPs), bids, quotes, statements of work, customer contract development and vendor contract coordination for pre-sales processes.
  2. Provide administrative support to assigned sales engineering team members.
  3. Use electronic tools and programs including database management system, quoting and forecasting tools.
  4. Work collaboratively with all internal resources to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
  5. Communicate effectively all details of the quote packages to the Sales team.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of all information and data transacted in the daily performance of job responsibilities.




  1. Working knowledge of applicable processes and systems associated with RFPs, contracts and pricing
  2. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with, communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
  3. Able to proofread and ensure accuracy in final documents
  4. Strong computers skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications
  5. Must be able to perform with minimal supervision


Education/Experience:  Minimum GCSE in Maths & English and work experience within a commercial environment.



Relevant Work Experience:  2 to 5 years
