As a member of our dynamic Marketing team, your primary responsibility will be to provide outbound marketing functions. You will develop, coordinate, implement and/or project manage marketing communications programs or activities in support of campaigns developed in conjunction with the Product Managers and the Senior Marketing Communications staff. Marketing communication programs or activities include the areas of marketing collateral, product promotions, service and program communications in a variety of media, advertising, public relations and trade shows and all relevant modern digital marketing communications.


The successful candidate must have demonstrated ability to perform the following:

  • Plan and manage targeted marketing communications for product launches, marketing projects, and ongoing product/solution promotions into defined market segments
    • Define and create messaging
    • Write copy
    • Champion reviews
    • Manage technical and artistic phases with shared services and other team members as needed
    • Finalize customer-facing promotional materials through go-live and launch
    • Interface with marketing, product management and engineering
  • Drive demand generation and new customer acquisition programs to deliver marketing qualified leads.
  • Represent Marketing as a contact on cross-functional projects
  • Manage internet-based/digital marketing communications projects targeted at specific personas. Define, test, track and refine customer journeys. Includes, but is not limited to the following:
    • Company website content and specialized landing pages
    • Email-based lead generation/marketing campaign
    • Web advertising
    • Social media
    • Mobile marketing


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related industry experience preferred
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a Marketing Communications role in the IT/Telecom industry in B2B marketing
  • Experience in developing, implementing and controlling of modern, complex marketing programs in a matrix organization; experience with Marketing Automation systems (Eloqua knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong copy writing skills (examples required)
  • Willing and able to travel on occasion (10%)
  • Strong marketing skills in the areas of lead generation, digital marketing, program development, events/seminars and product promotions, defining and managing appropriate marketing mix
  • Ability to creatively problem solve and self-motivate to ensure optimization of team activities and that marketing objectives are being met
  • Highly results-oriented with creative mentality
