We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager.  This position will report to the Director of Talent & Development and will be responsible for leading a team of global talent recruiters, strategic research & sourcing. The ideal person will have an innovative mindset as it relates to attracting top talent coupled with solid business acumen that is deeply in-tune with the technology/intelligent digital edge market.   

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

  • Possess deep understanding of Black Box’s vision and business strategies
  • Design and execute innovative talent attraction efforts
  • Build consistent and relevant Talent Acquisition infrastructure to identify and attract top talent
  • Create and cultivate a strategic talent pipelines and communities
  • Partner cross-functionally to design programmatic support across recruitment channels, diversity initiatives and recruitment programs/processes to ensure the best possible candidate experience
  • Research and recommend new technologies and processes to drive efficiency across Talent Acquisition
  • Manage a team of recruiters on a global scale
  • Manage and negotiate with key vendor partners and suppliers
  • Monitor and manage by key talent metrics
  • Hands on recruitment support for HR, confidential, and key executive roles
  • Performs a variety of other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • 6+ years’ of hands-on recruiting & sourcing experience in a high tech environment across multiple locations and countries
  • 4+ years’ experience leading a high performing recruiting team.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; an impressive combination of experience and education will be considered
  • Early adopter or new technologies and concepts
  • Proven experience developing rapport with and influencing leadership and across the HR function
  • Must have experience with driving talent strategies in multiple countries; a self-starter who can operate across macro and micro level efforts and is willing to be hands on
  • Experience in developing key recruiting metrics & data and using data to articulate a story and drive solutions
  • A sense of curiosity resulting in the ability to recognize opportunities within the business and overall TA team
  • Experience cultivating new approaches or strategies from ground up
  • Innovative and strategic thought leader iterating continuously to achieve goals
  • Prior success in enabling a talent vision through strategic research & sourcing
  • Experience leading and developing people in a decentralized team
  • Ability to identify key metrics/KPIs and utilizing of data/insights to identify opportunities, solutions and/or present ROI
  • Comfortable in a dynamic work environment
