We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to support our Federal Business Unit. This position will report to the Director of Talent & Development and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage with qualified exempt-level candidates across all assigned functional and geographical areas of Black Box, with special emphasis on recruitment of candidates with a military background and/or clearances. The incumbent will evaluate and recommend high-quality candidates who meet the skills and requirements of the position, while striving to exceed defined recruitment goals and metrics. The ideal person will have an innovative mindset as it relates to attracting top talent coupled with solid business acumen that is deeply in-tune with the technology/intelligent digital edge market.
