Black Box (, NASDAQ: BBOX), a comprehensive IT product and service solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Marketing Content Creator.  The position will report to the Creative Director for the TPS Business Unit.

Purpose of the Job:

Creates easily understandable, highly effective marketing content.  Uses independent judgement to develop creative approaches to enable sales.


  • Develops content in cooperation with Marketing Communications, User experience experts and Marketing
  • Understands the company and marketing strategy and converts it into concise and compelling content based on industry segment applications and the technologies employed.
  • Develops written marketing content including customer case studies, whitepapers, application notes, blogs, press releases, web content, how-to guides, infographics and sales enablement collateral.
  • Create relevant content for specific industry segments and buyer personas.
  • Write SEO-friendly copy for digital channels.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related industry experience.
  • 3+ years professional experience in the IT industry with focus on marketing content creation (digital and offline).
  • Proven experience in structuring, describing and explaining technically challenging context and translating that into easily understood messages.
  • High level of creativity in communicating through different media, attention to detail, and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Affinity to IT technology and related technical concepts
  • Ability to brainstorm and develop unique ideas independently as well as within group settings
  • Solid foundation of interviewing and research skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Understands and applies concepts to improve SEO
