  1. Understands network and server architecture technology and product requirements
  2. Expert level experience and knowledge in network set-up and configuration, server, storage, database, disaster recovery, or virtualization
  3. Detailed understanding of industry standards and vendor specifications
  4. Delivers services under direction from the Services Practice Lead
  5. Participates in planning and review sessions
  6. Discover “current state” network topology and update existing network diagrams
  7. Assess current state of network infrastructure and document “AS-IS” model
  8. Develop recommendations for optimized customer network
  9. Implement complex network infrastructure environments – install / config / test / tune
  10. Review and update firmware updates on existing network routers and switches
  11. Review and update configurations of existing network routers and switches, including Spanning Tree
  12. Review and update configurations of existing wireless access points
  13. Review and update existing network monitoring tools




  • Ten (10) years of experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Requirements:

  • Experience with YRP/LPP program
  • Must be experienced in assessing evolving user needs, translating those needs into customer development plans leading to a formal proposal design.
  • Must be knowledgeable in the application of current and emerging technology and protocols.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Visio to develop Network/Systems diagrams
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to read and understand building blueprints.
  • Understanding of current DoD Policies and their impact to C4I Systems design
  • Ability to reviewand evaluate production design data and documentation to include the preparation, testing and evaluation of Engineering Changes as well as the analyses of operations, processes, and systems
  • Professional attitude with the ability to interact with executives and customers at all levels
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Secret or higher level clearance required.
