Overview

Responsibilities


  • Management and development of project Quality Assurance Plans and the implementation of procedures that conform to the requirements of the contract.
  • Verify that each functional component of the project follows a defined process that conforms to contractual requirements.
  • Report findings to project staff, line management and the customer, as appropriate.
  • Able to determine the resources required for communications and information technology quality control.
  • Able to maintain the quality throughout the software life cycle.
  • Provide an independent assessment of how the project’s development process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the contractor’s process.
  • Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software
  • Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
  • Develop, modify, and execute software test strategies, plans and suites
  • Analyze, design and determine test scripts, coding, automation, and integration activities required based on objectives and knowledge of overall architecture of product or solution.
  • Write and execute complete testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application; identifies and debugs, and creates solutions for issues with code and integration into software and firmware architecture
  • Collaborate and communicate with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding test status, project progress, and issue resolution.
  • Serves as the Project Safety Officer

 

This position will be in Kyiv, Ukraine

  • Ability to apply knowledge to high level analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation
  • Capable of evaluating and recommending software
  • Capable of evaluating electrical remediation work IAW DoD Standards
  • Capable of evaluating Network Systems Installation IAW DoD Standards
  • Strong knowledge of software quality assurance plans
  • Skilled in preparing detailed reports on a timely basis.
  • Skilled in oversight/enforcement of on-site Safety Officer Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field of study
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in network systems, software testing and integration
  • Demonstrated knowledge of system and project life cycles
  • Must have a fully adjudicated DoD SECRET Security Clearance with eligibility for NATO Access.
