This position manages the Inside Sales Department for a major dividsion of the company. Plans and manages daily activities and long-term direction of the sales team to attain overall targets .
Primary Job Roles/Responsibilities
Manages the Inside Sales Department to achieve short and long term goals, sales revenue, gross profit and other objectives within their defined territory.
Facilitates successful sales activities by serving as the escalation point for customer calls and non-routine questions regarding policies, products, and services.
Accountable for ensuring attainment of gross profit quotas by the team members as measured by the monthly and annual bookings reports.
Identifies and forecasts potential sales opportunities for supported products and services.
Manages a team of Inside Sales Representatives; reviews performance on an ongoing basis and takes corrective action, when required.
Builds and develops relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for leads and training opportunities.
