  • Overview

    Provides administrative support for travel programs, including expense report platform, credit card program, and travel booking platform. First line communication with Company employees regarding various systems, trouble shooting and support. Review of expense reports for compliance with policies. Work may be confidential in nature requiring knowledge of the practices, procedures, policies and programs of the organization or function.

     

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the functionality of expense report platform, corporate credit card program and travel booking platform.
    • Responsible for system administration for expense report platform, corporate credit card program and travel booking platform
    • Provide oversight and serve as the first point of contact for employees and their travel expenses / questions.
    • Assist in compliance activities
    • Review of expense reports for compliance with Company policies as needed
    • Supports audits of T&E expenses, including internal and external.
    • Provides information in response to routine questions and serves as an escalation point for other staff.
    • Run system reports as needed.
    • Provides recommendations on process enhancements and opportunities.   
    • May be responsible for special and ongoing projects.

    Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

    • Experience with Certify, Concur or expense software is preferred
    • Must possess strong customer service and problem solving skills, have the ability to prioritize and work independently as well as work on urgent issues when they arise
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to use in-house programs
    • Excellent problem resolution and diplomacy skills; able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
    • Able to take initiative and work with limited supervision
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through to resolution on issues.
    • Able to demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
    • Minimum Associates degree with a focus in business or communications
