    Tyto Athene is seeking a qualified Electronics Technician Maintenance III with extensive experience supporting IT Managed Services programs for Federal Government Agencies, including, but not limited to the Department of Defense and/or Department of Energy.


    Duties and Responsibilities:  

    The Electronics Technician Maintenance III is responsible to provide the following: Electronics Repair, Maintenance, Installation and Checkout. Supervision, shop practices, electronics repair and installation as it pertains Naval Telephony and Unified Capabilities Systems.


    Experience / Qualifications:

    • Formal electronics training to include: installation tasks, soldering, cable dressing, cable tray installation, conduit installation, and making/repairing connectors, such as Cat 5/6/7, male/female amphenol, and coax
    • Eight (8) years of practical experience, to include: Electronics Repair, Maintenance, Installation and Checkout
    • Two (2) years of experience, to include: supervision, and shop practices
    • Three (3) years of practical experience, to include: electronics repair and installation, and six (6) years of experience with the Naval Telephony and Unified Capabilities Systems, such as Avaya Communication Manager and Cisco Unified Call Manager
    • Note: Experience may be concurrent
    • A valid driver’s license is required
    • Active Secret Clearance
    • Must be a US Citizen with a valid US Passport
    • Must be willing to travel (less than 10%) in the Continental United States (CONUS) or Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS)

    Education / Certifications: High School diploma or GED. Formal electronics training from: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communications, or four (4) year electronics apprentice program. Formal electronics training, to include: Installation Tasks, Soldering, Cable Dressing, Cable Tray, Conduit, and Making/Repairing Connectors
