Purpose of the Job:
Primary technical resource for sales support and responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the solution sales process. Works in conjunction with the sales engineering team as the key technical advisor and product advocate to ensure validated solutions for customer applications. Responsible for assuring proper technical performance of new system deployments from design to installation and any future business through advanced or escalated product support.
