  • Overview

    The Sales Operations Analyst will collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team Members to generate and analyze reports, provide software support, and provide senior leadership team with software and reporting insights to make sound decisions. C-level visibility and opportunities for advancement.

    Preferred locations: Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, Dallas, and Austin.




    • Support and enhance the usage of multiple sales software packages such as Salesforce.com, Clari, and RainKing and Dunn and Bradstreet.
    • Support BU and Sales leaders by creating and provide pipeline, forecast, CRM Hygiene reports, dashboards, list views to support and manage the business.
    • Create and analyze Sales Attainment Revenue reports from various data source for the benefit of Senior Sales Management.
    • Demonstrate a strong business acumen with a working understanding of sales, sales compensation models, marketing, and sales territory structures.



    • 3-5 years of experience  
    • Experience working in the Technology industry or with a VAR preferred
    • Experience with CRM systems, reporting and rollout and adoption, Salesforce.com preferred
    • Strong working experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
    • Ability to learn new analytic techniques and related tools
    • Experience with BI Analytics tools like Tableau preferred.
    • Ability to assist sales team members with a variety of questions
    • Ability to display strong self-initiative and support recommendations with sound thinking
    • Experience with creating/ modeling Compensation plans
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Ability to travel as needed

    Education and Certifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
    • Salesforce.com Administration Certification preferred
