    • Identify and track viable opportunities in the Federal space; research and provide opportunity capture summaries to Account Executives and Sales management.
    • Contributes to revenue targets and growth through sales of products and services to both new and existing customers, partners, and clients.
    • Manage sales qualification and associated processes for various contract vehicles; NASA Solutions for Enterprise Wide Procurement (SEWP) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) will be primary responsibility
    • Manage all sales portals: FBO, GSA Connections II, GSA Reverse Auction, SPAWAR COTS, SeaPort, GSA, MyBidMatch, Fedconnect, FedBid, SPAWAR, GovWin, etc.
    • Plan, document, and manage internal and external capture project efforts as needed, including the following:
      • Analyze corporate strategic plans, and align a marketing intelligence with compete to win strategy;
      • Determine unstated / value-add requirements of the prospective customer in regard to specific task order and program-oriented opportunities;
      • Conduct competition analysis activity;
      • Evaluate technical compliance and pricing competitiveness of company proposals and quotes prior to submission.
    • Collaborate with internal resources and utilize extensive knowledge base tools to ensure effective analysis of opportunities.
    • Collaborate with marketing team and other departments to establish sales promotions to current customers and accounts.
    • Receive and resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
    • Support the Sales team by acting as internal point of escalation regarding sales policies, practices and procedures.
    • Establish personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers, to include travel to attend meetings, conferences, and other events.
    • Provide weekly forecast and situational reports to Sales management.
    • Review personnel goals and objectives and provide clear and consistent direction to ensure success.
    • Implement Non-disclosure and Teaming Agreements as required.
    • Provide administrative responsibility for FedCentral (CRM tool)
    • Work SEWP deals coming through the portals for <$100K




    • Associates degree or equivalent work experience with an educational focus on Business Management
    • Working knowledge of applicable processes and systems associated with RFPs, contracts and pricing
    • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with, communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
    • Able to proofread and ensure accuracy in final documents
    • Strong computers skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications
    • Must be able to perform with minimal supervision
