The Instructional Designer/e-Content Developer works extensively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to design, develop and implement traditional classroom and e-Content, including interactive eLearning modules, Quick Reference Cards, Job Aids and short video modules targeted for viewing via mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets. Training content areas include Sales Skills, Management and Leadership Skills, Safety, Compliance, On-Boarding and Employee Development. The Instructional Designer/e-Content Developer will also conduct classroom training (in person or distance) as well as one-one-one training sessions when necessary.
This is a consultant position and we will consider the selected consultant for possible direct hire employement with Black Box.
